The Wild Fort is designed for off-road and off-grid touring. However, suitability will always depend on road conditions, weather, loading, tyre pressures, towing experience and responsible driving.

Your tow vehicle must have sufficient towing capacity, tow-ball capacity and payload for the caravan in its loaded condition.

TARE is the approximate weight of the caravan as manufactured, before personal belongings, water and other load are added.

Wild Fort caravans are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. The caravan chassis is covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery. All warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the warranty documentation provided at the time of purchase.

Where an issue can be safely and practically resolved by replacing a component, Wild Fort may send an approved replacement part for the owner to install, where appropriate and agreed. If professional installation is required, our team will advise you before proceeding.

Electrical appliances and certain third-party components may be covered by warranties provided by their individual manufacturers or suppliers. For example, an issue involving a Projecta inverter may be referred to Projecta for assessment and support under its applicable warranty.

Please contact Wild Fort if you are unsure which warranty process applies. Our team can help direct you to the appropriate supplier or support pathway.

The caravan chassis is covered by a 3-year warranty. Other caravan construction-related items are covered under the applicable 12-month warranty, subject to the warranty terms provided at the time of purchase.

If an approved warranty issue relates to the chassis or caravan’s construction, the caravan may be taken to our Melbourne location or, with prior approval, to a suitable local caravan repairer.

Wild Fort will assess the issue before repairs commence. Reasonable repair costs will be covered where the work has been approved by Wild Fort and the issue is accepted as covered under warranty. Repairs arranged without prior approval may not be reimbursed.
