A new Australian caravan brand, backed by eight years of development
In April 2026, Wild Fort Caravans began its Australian journey in Melbourne. Wild Fort is a new name in the Australian caravan market, but the work behind our first model began eight years ago.
Wild Fort comes from the Sichuan Antarctica Star RV. Before bringing the brand to Australia, the team completed a series of Australian product certifications and adaptation work to prepare the caravan for local conditions, customer expectations and practical use on Australian roads.
That preparation has been an important part of the journey. It has helped us refine the systems, layout and details of the caravan for Australian travel, rather than simply introducing an overseas model without local consideration.
Built around one 14FT off-road hybrid caravan
We did not set out to create a long range of similar models. We set out to develop one capable, practical and comfortable caravan for Australian conditions. The Wild Fort 14FT off-road hybrid caravan brings together a lightweight design, a convertible indoor ensuite and the systems needed for genuine off-grid travel.
For eight years, our team has focused on one purpose-built off-road hybrid caravan—refining the layout, systems and details that matter when you want to travel further, stay longer and live comfortably away from powered sites.

Australian adaptation with a clear purpose
The Australian market has its own requirements, from road use and equipment expectations to the way people travel across different regions. Our certification and adaptation work has been focused on making the Wild Fort practical, compliant and ready for Australian adventures.
We will continue refining the product as we listen to customers, dealers and owners. The goal is simple: to build a caravan that feels considered in Melbourne, on the highway and well beyond the bitumen.

Melbourne is where Wild Fort starts its Australian presence. Our showroom in Rowville gives customers the opportunity to step inside the caravan, explore the layout and understand the thinking behind the design. Visits are available by appointment.
